   and bronchioles are seen.
2. Alveoli lined by simple squamous epithelium.
3. Bronchus lined by pseudostratified ciliated
   columnar epithelium with goblet cells
4.Irregular plates of hyaline cartilage
   present in the bronchial wall.






Trachea

 



Identification Points

1. Pseudostratified ciliated columnar 

epithelium with goblet cells lines the mucosa.

2. Serous and mucus glands in the submucosa seen.

3. Thick layer of hyaline cartilage present.
